The Happiest Job - Doing God's Will

In my discussion group on Linkedin, I stated that Forbes reported that out of the top ten happiest jobs, Clergy is rated as the number one happiest job. I then asked the group members, what are we Christians doing wrong (if at all we are doing something wrong) conveying to the lost and unbelievers that doing God's will would bring them joy. Even more, it gives God the glory! Can the lost be reached in your opinion? What do you think?
Before you answer, note that there are many verses in the bible that speaks about the lost and unbelievers. Consider these following verses before answering if the lost and unbelievers can be reached or not.
Eze 34:16 I will search for the lost and bring back the strays. I will bind up the injured and strengthen the weak, but the sleek and the strong I will destroy. I will shepherd the flock with justice. Mat 10:6 Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel. Luk 15:4 "Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? 1Cr 7:15 But if the unbeliever leaves, let him do so. A believing man or woman is not bound in such circumstances; God has called us to live in peace. 1Ti 5:8 If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his immediate family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. 1Cr 10:27 If some unbeliever invites you to a meal and you want to go, eat whatever is put before you without raising questions of conscience. 1Cr 14:24 But if an unbeliever or someone who does not understand comes in while everybody is prophesying, he will be convinced by all that he is a sinner and will be judged by all, 2Cr 6:15 What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?
Remember, Rom 3:23 says for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. But, what can we do to turn one from their carnal thinking to the will of God?
